From Sketch to Blueprint: How We CAD a Drone for Production

A prototype proves an idea. A blueprint proves a product. Our CAD team takes client concepts and turns them into drawing sets that suppliers, machinists and assembly techs can read without a phone call.
Start with the exploded view
Every drone we model begins as an exploded assembly. Arms, motors, flight controller, battery tray and payload mount each get their own part file and a clear stack order.
This one view answers most assembly questions before the first fixture is cut.

Dimension for the machine, not the designer
We tolerance parts for the process that will make them. A CNC bracket, an injection molded shell and a printed titanium node all get different rules.
Tight tolerances cost money. We only hold them where fit or flight safety depends on it.
Release a drawing package clients can own
Each project ships with native CAD, neutral STEP files, 2D drawings, a bill of materials and a revision log. Clients keep the full package and can take it to any qualified shop.
Start your blueprint
Send us a sketch, a prototype or a spec sheet. We will scope the CAD work and show where it fits in your factory plan.
